Harkenger House has been abuzz these past few weeks preparing the house for Sailor's homecoming. We decided to keep things simple for this homecoming and opted out of using the traditional "Welcome Home" phraseology.
The bunting above the fireplace was inspired by the days of old wood ships and the salty dogs they made. Land Ho! Two simple words that must have had an amazing meaning to any who've spent countless months on the open seas.
